1. Introduction

Welcome to Trivo. These Terms & Conditions govern the trading, quotation, purchase, and delivery of industrial materials, electrical parts, and general hardware from TRIVO General Trading LLC (referred to as "Trivo", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order, accepting a quote, or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Quotes & Orders

All quotations issued by Trivo are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing. Orders are subject to acceptance by us and require a confirmed Purchase Order (PO) or signed quotation approval.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual customer agreement profiles. Default terms are cash-on-delivery or advanced payment unless credit terms have been officially approved by our credit control department in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.

4. Delivery & Inspection

We deliver materials across the UAE. The client is responsible for inspecting the products immediately upon delivery. Any claims for shortages, damage, or specification mismatch must be submitted to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trivo supplies products manufactured by third parties. We do not offer independent warranties beyond those extended by the original manufacturers. Our maximum liability under any order is limited to the value of the products purchased.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
